In 2005, we completed an extensive parish
survey to assess the needs of our parishioners and to implement a five-year
strategic plan in response to those stated needs. The results of the survey,
and our response to those needs, have been evaluated by the leaders of various
ministries and groups in our parish, and also been guided by the Diocese. These
plans provide a roadmap as we continue our journey as a community of faith at
Precious Blood of Christ parish.
We wish and will work for our parish to be a
truly “friendly” community where:
All new parishioners are warmly welcomed and
encouraged to be part of our ministries;
Every parishioner of PBOC is fully exposed
to, and embraces, the values and teachings of the Catholic faith;
Parishioners are more broadly and inclusively
engaged in PBOC activities; and
PBOC truly embraces the spirituality of
stewardship within our parish and community.
We recognize that the plan that follows is a
living document and must change to recognize changes in our parish, community
and diocese.
With the help of the Holy Spirit, we embrace
our goals and the challenges and opportunities they present.

We have started recycling with Fisher Recycling, parishioners Kira &
Steve Roff. All parish facilities now have recycling containers and
accept the following materials:
cardboard, paper, plastic, glass, magazines, aluminum and tin.
Please look for the blue or
green bins, and help us
recycle by placing these materials in the recycling containers. ALL
items can be commingled in one easy container!!
