Of the eight rooms in the Meeting Room wing of the Parish Life Center, there are
five small rooms and three larger rooms to accommodate a variety of space
requirements. Two of the small rooms, 1A and 1B, can be joined together. Room 2
is a large room with a sink and is the only room where food is allowed. With the
exception of rooms 2 and 4, the rooms contain 20 adult stackable chairs and
appropriate tables, but tables and chairs can easily be moved from room to room
if additional seating is needed. Room 2 has 20 adult and 20 children’s chairs;
room 4 has 20 children’s chairs. All rooms have wireless capabilities and white
boards which double as screens.
There is a multi-media cart containing a DVD, VCR, overhead projector, laptop
computer and television which can be reserved through the Director of Religious
Education and used throughout the Meeting Room wing. Persons using the
multi-media cart must be trained in its use and are responsible for any damage
or loss.
The Meeting Rooms are available from 8:30 am to 9 pm After 4:30 pm,
however, the wing is locked, and the responsible group leader must obtain a key
from the parish secretary by 4 pm for meetings scheduled after office hours.
The key must then be returned to the parish secretary by 9:30 am the following
day.
Requests to reserve rooms should be made, if possible, three weeks in advance.
