PEOPLE OF THE
WEEK – Congratulations to parishioner Ben Spagnuolo, who was honored as an
Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America at a ceremony here at Precious Blood

the office area of the Parish Life Center.
Feel free to stop in during office hours and browse and borrow any
material.
You can now look up the books we have on the
PBOC website. Go to pbocchurch.com, then
Parish Campus, then Library—and you can search our library for books either by
word, phrase, or general subject. We
have over 100 different subject matters and over 800 books to choose from.
We also have many FREE pamphlet, prayer
books, and older Magnificat booklets for you take home.
If you have any questions regarding the
Parish Library, contact Mimi Nawrath at 235-1013.
Like Nathan in today’s first reading, we sin when we begin to feel
entitled and act as if what we have is ours by right, when we forget that
everythng we have is an unmerited gift from God. But God is gracious and forgiving – even when
we use His gifts wrongly or squander them thoughtlessly – if, like Nathan, we
confess our guilt and ask His pardon.

another?” This program allows us to
answer this question with an experience of true charity. We also meet a lot of very wonderful people. Please volunteer! Call Pat Burg at 237-3178.
