Thanks. . .
When we joined PBOC, we knew we were in a
very special church and Easter morning proved it. We would like to thank
the nurse practitioner who took care of Jack before the ambulance came.
We wish we knew who you were. You were our angel that morning. Also
a very special thanks to Father Pat, Father Jim, the ushers, parishioners and
EMT’s who came to Jack’s aid. We can’t thank you enough for all your prayers
and concerns.
God’s peace be with you all,
- Jack and Linda Quinn

In today’s Gospel, Jesus tells Peter again and again, “If you love Me,
feed my sheep.” He says the same to each
of us, “If you love Me, use the gifts I have given you to serve your brothers
and sisters.” (See John 21:15f)

poorer dioceses in the United States cannot sustain vital youth programs. Next week we will take up a collection for
this Appeal. Please be generous and help

J.O.Y.
SCHOOL -
This past summer marked
the 25th year that the J.O.Y. School provided a top quality program
of learning and fun for children and youth with special needs in the
Georgetown/Horry County area. We are now
planning for this coming summer, our 26th year; and we anticipate
the number of student applications to continue to increase. Our goal is to provide a summer program of
educational and recreational enrichment so that special needs children may
continue to learn and make progress, rather than fall behind during the summer.
Please join with us in our ministry to
God’s special children. You may send a
contribution payable to The J.O.Y. School to: 9967 Ocean Hwy, Pawleys Island SC
29585.
